Where does a mandate begin?

With a 30-minute conversation, no strings attached. You describe the situation, and I tell you honestly whether I can help. If I'm not the right person, I point you in the right direction.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. In person in Greater Montreal, and remotely across Quebec. When possible, a mandate combines both.

For what size of organization?

SMEs with no structured HR function, or that have one but want extra help in a specialized area.

How do you bill?

Every mandate starts with a written proposal: scope, timeline, fees. Flat rate or hourly, depending on the nature of the file.

Do you delegate the work?

One of the advantages of working with me is closeness: I don't delegate my work. When needed, I bring in specialists, like labour-law attorneys for the legal questions I can't take on myself.

What about confidentiality?

Confidentiality is at the heart of my craft. And as a member of the Quebec Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals, I am bound by its code of ethics.
